Men's Talk

A weekly informal social and wellbeing group for men of all ages at The Powerstation in Cwmbran, meeting Wednesdays 1–3pm.

Men's Talk is a low-pressure, informal weekly gathering run by Torfaen Talks CIC, open to men of all ages and backgrounds. Each session offers a cuppa and a relaxed chair, with a new conversation topic thrown on the table each week — but no script, so participants can talk, share experiences or simply listen. Part of the Warm welcome spaces campaign, the group is listed under friendship, health and wellbeing, mental health and befriending interests.
