Shift & Connect: Staying in the Game, Beyond the Job Title.

A free women's networking evening of honest conversations about career growth, identity and connection, hosted by Funke Omolere at Adobe London.

Shift & Connect brings women together for an evening of informal, honest conversation about ambition, career identity and the connections that keep us moving forward. Topics include career growth and reinvention, balancing career pressure with personal responsibilities and wellbeing, and building genuine relationships beyond the event. The format is deliberately unstructured — no panels, PowerPoints or performances — offering an intimate space for women at any career stage to share experiences and make meaningful connections.
