Tanya Moulding explores fragrant plants associated with sleep and dreams while participants make a pillow sachet to take home.

Combine herbs, essential oil and a written intention in a personal sachet. The workshop considers historical uses of aromatic plants; all materials are supplied and RHS membership is not required. Participants must be able to manage stairs independently. Doors open at 18:00.
