GoodGym Redbridge hosts a festive Christmas morning parkrun at Barking Park where people can run, volunteer or cheer others on.
GoodGym Redbridge is inviting people to Barking Parkrun on Christmas morning, whether they fancy a run, a volunteer session or simply to bring festive cheer and support others running or walking. The session is led by Julia, the GoodGym Area Activator for Redbridge, and runs from 09:00 to 10:30, meeting at Barking Park Cafe. Participants must be aged 18 or over.
