String Quartet

A string quartet concert featuring works by Beethoven, Haydn, Britten and Frank Bridge, performed by young award-winning musicians.

A string quartet brings its chamber music experience to Wakefield with an afternoon concert. The programme features two major highlights of the string quartet repertoire by Beethoven and Haydn, framed by works from Benjamin Britten and his teacher Frank Bridge. The ensemble includes violinists Mabelle Young-Eun Park and Olwen Miles and violist Jamie Howe, with the cellist still to be confirmed.
