Hillingdon Track Athletics Academy Autumn Term 2026: Wednesday 5pm–6pm

A term-time athletics academy for children with track and field activities, including running, jumping, throwing and general fitness.

The Hillingdon Track Athletics Academy runs on Wednesdays at Hillingdon Athletics Stadium. Aspire describes its wider programme as building fundamental athletic skills through running, jumping and throwing, with sessions for different abilities. The linked booking page confirms a twelve-session autumn course. The age band differs by one year between the programme card and booking page, so no age limit is asserted here.
