Family Martial Arts Session October 2026 (Newbury)

A one-hour family martial arts taster session for SEN young people aged 5-18 and their adults, run by Taekwondo World Champion Mark Ogborne.

ASD Family Help hosts a one-hour family martial arts session in the hall at Newbury Baptist Church, aimed at young people with additional needs aged 5-18 attending with a parent or carer, with siblings welcome. The session is run by Mark Ogborne of Newbury Taekwon-do, a Taekwondo World Champion, and is designed as a fun, active opportunity to try something new. No official diagnosis is needed to attend, and comfortable clothing and a drink are recommended.
