Winter Solstice Sound Bath at Swansea Wellbeing

A one-hour Winter Solstice sound bath with crystal singing bowls, Reiki and guided visualisation at the Swansea Wellbeing Centre.

A one-hour sound bath marking the winter solstice, the longest night of the year. The session uses crystal singing bowls, gentle Reiki and guided visualisation to encourage deep rest and relaxation as participants move into winter. No prior experience is needed and attendees simply get comfortable and listen; doors open at 5:30 PM and the session is for ages 16 and over.
