Grow and Bloom

Official unveiling of Usva Inei's spray-painted window artwork 'Grow and Bloom', a trans-flag-coloured bouquet responding to anti-trans politics in the UK.

hARTslane presents its 2026 Window Project artwork, 'Grow and Bloom' by trans non-binary artist Usva Inei, with an official unveiling on Saturday 7 November at 5:30pm. The piece is a spray-painted flower bouquet in trans flag colours, with each flower carrying historical and cultural meaning for the LGBTQ+ community, signifying celebration, remembrance, resistance and representation. Created in response to the recent UK supreme court ruling, the work aims to offer hope, representation and recognition to trans and queer people, deliberately balancing between subtle and direct statement about trans rights.
