The Secret Book Swap - Currie - November 2026

A wrapped-book swap evening where guests pitch their book without revealing the title, plus games, readings and a guest author.

Attendees bring a wrapped book they've enjoyed and pitch it to the group without revealing the author or title, before everyone picks a book and unwraps them together. The two-hour evening also features a bookish parlour game, a banned book reading and an appearance by a local guest author. The event is organised by SHHHH The Secret Book Swap and takes place at WellNest Creative Spaces in Currie.
