About
Weekly Monday swing dance night at The Hammersmith Club with Lindy hop classes for all levels, practice time and social dancing to swing DJs.
A-Train is Swingland's Monday-night swing dance and music club in the dance hall at The Hammersmith Club. The evening opens with a drop-in beginners Lindy hop class (6.45pm), followed by practice time, an intermediates class (8.15pm) and social dancing to swing DJs from 9pm to 10pm. No experience or partner is needed and newcomers can start any week; teachers include Martin Ellis, Jessie Burgess and Liza Patoux, with occasional live-band nights replacing the intermediates class.
