Queer Horror Night: Natasha Pulley & Dorian Ravenscroft (Dyke Bar Collab)
About
A Samhain-season evening of queer horror with authors Natasha Pulley and Dorian Ravenscroft at Port of Leith Distillery Bar, followed by a Dyke Bar Halloween party.
Lighthouse - Edinburgh's Radical Bookshop hosts a Hallowe'en-season celebration of queer horror with two authors. Dorian Ravenscroft presents their debut The White North Has Thy Bones, an Arctic ghost story about the doomed HMS Melpomene expedition, while Natasha Pulley introduces The Salt King, a folk horror novel about a Jesuit returning to the salt-mining cult he escaped as a child. The 90-minute event includes a book signing, after which attendees can stay on for the Dyke Bar Halloween Party from 8:45pm with dress-up encouraged.
