She Lead Summit 2026 | Equip Her

A one-day women's leadership summit in Plymouth with talks and panels on leadership, financial confidence, career growth and resilience.

Now in its third year, She Lead Summit brings together women from professional, business and community backgrounds for a day of learning, conversation and connection. This year's theme, Equip Her – Tools to Keep the Fire Burning, focuses on practical tools rather than inspiration alone. Speakers and panellists will lead sessions on leadership, financial confidence, career and business growth, resilience, finding your voice, self-leadership and building strong networks. The event runs six and a half hours, is for ages 18+, and doors open at 9 AM.
