Mark Williams BCAh FRSA leads a full-day in-person session on fathers' mental health during the perinatal period, also known as Fathers Inclusion & Recognition Training (F.i.R.S.T). Aimed at professionals, the day combines insightful discussion, practical tips and networking to help attendees better support dads and drive system change. The session runs six and a half hours.
