Ecstatic Dance & Cacao

An alcohol-free evening of ceremonial cacao, free-form ecstatic dance to a live DJ set and herbal-tea community connection at The Mint Methodist Church in Exeter.

Ecstatic Dance SW hosts an evening beginning with ceremonial cacao and an opening circle, followed by a free-form ecstatic dance journey led by a live DJ playing world music across genres. The dance floor is talk-free, phone-free and barefoot-friendly, with no set steps to follow. Afterwards participants gather over herbal teas, with a nourishing curry included. The event runs about two hours 15 minutes, arriving from 6:45pm, and under-16s may attend with a parent or legal guardian.
