Vocology in Practice: Making Practical Use of the Latest Vocal Science

American soprano Emily Martin teaches one-to-one singing lessons applying the latest American voice research, with observers welcome, in collaboration with the London Singers' Collective.

In collaboration with the London Singers' Collective, American soprano and vocologist Emily Martin teaches select students in one-to-one singing lessons, demonstrating how recent voice research from America can be applied to daily singing and technique building. Observers are welcome to attend throughout the day, with twenty observer places and six one-to-one lesson places available. Martin is an Associate Professor of Music at Bucknell University, directs the Bucknell Voice Lab, and integrates vocal health, movement and wellness into her teaching.
