Pasithea Yoga hosts a 90-minute Yin & Fizz evening combining relaxing yin yoga flows with a glass of bubbly afterwards. The session is aimed at unwinding and de-stressing in an informal, sociable setting. It takes place in person at Cheltenham Film Studios on the evening of Friday 11 December.
