About
Chippenham's festive lights switch-on evening with live music, street entertainment, a giant snow globe and Santa abseiling into town.
This free-to-attend town-centre celebration marks the start of the festive season in Chippenham. The evening features live music, street entertainment, a giant snow globe and festive refreshments. The highlight comes at 6pm, when Santa abseils into town and switches on the Christmas lights. A fuller programme of festivities is promised closer to the date.
