Tudor Cunning Women's Secret Trail
About
A family trail at Whitehall Historic House exploring Tudor cunning women, folklore and herbal remedies, with cauldron crafting and a Halloween model to build.
This self-guided family trail at Whitehall Historic House takes visitors back 500 years to discover the story of Cheam's Tudor 'cunning women' — herbalists known for their remedies, protective charms and advice. Alongside the trail, children can get hands-on by crafting their own creative cauldron and building a Halloween model of Whitehall. Sessions run during the house's regular opening times over the October half term, with £2 per person payable on arrival and children under 12 to be accompanied by an adult.
