International Men's Day 2026 - The Joys of Being a Man

An International Men's Day afternoon of conversations, a Young Men's Panel and an exhibition space celebrating the joys of being a man.

Marking International Men's Day under the UK theme 'Supporting Men and Boys', this afternoon event focuses on the positive experiences of manhood rather than its challenges. The programme opens with remarks from Lady Howe, Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire, and features a keynote from Chris Curtis MP alongside other guests and wider discussion. A Young Men's Panel will share boys' and young men's perspectives following the release of a report on their world, and an exhibition-style space will showcase organisations supporting men's lives and wellbeing. The event is open to everyone in business, education and wider society.
