Lonely Shepherd Productions stages Cyn, a play about a collier's son in 1995 South Wales navigating life after the coal industry.

Cyn is a play set in South Wales in 1995, following a colliers' son as he navigates life after coal. It tracks the loss of community during and after the 1984-85 miners' strikes, moving between the present day and flashbacks to vivid memories of the past. Based on real stories and featuring Welsh wit and song, the 90-minute performance invites the audience to feel part of a close-knit mining community facing its collapse.
