Life Drawing Theatre – ‘Through me is the way to the sorrowful city’ (Divine Comedy – Inferno epic stanzas)

A participatory life-drawing performance pairs Paul McGill's reading from Dante's Inferno with timed model poses for audience sketches.

Paul McGill narrates sonnets from Dante's Inferno while models hold a series of poses. Participants make a storyboard of sketches during the readings, with materials supplied and no prior drawing experience required. The models are not individually named.
