A three-hour social night for dads in Worthing featuring an interactive workshop with the Menstrual Health Project charity on supporting family menstrual health.

Dad La Soul hosts an evening for male-identifying people aged 16+ combining socialising, music and conversation with a themed session from the Menstrual Health Project, an award-winning UK charity. The interactive workshop aims to build dads' confidence in talking about menstrual health and supporting daughters, partners and family members. The night includes guest speakers, comedians, Q&As and optional confidential breakout conversations with wellbeing professionals, with no pressure to share.
