City Lit year of the figure and portrait

A year-long programme exploring figure drawing and portraiture through extended studio study.

A three-term studio programme develops figure drawing and portrait painting through technical and experimental work with life models. The Wednesday evening cohort publishes lessons from 18:00 to 21:00 and term dates of 30 September–9 December, 13 January–31 March, and 28 April–7 July. No session is listed on 28 October, 17 February or 2 June. The provider advertises 30 sessions, but its term dates and exclusions do not establish a consistent complete meeting calendar.
