A Calm Christmas is a family yoga drop-in for children aged 4–11, with younger and older siblings welcome. The four standalone sessions use Christmas themes and combine breathing, playful movement, a stretch-to-a-story and guided relaxation. Bring a mat, blanket or towel. No experience or booking is needed; visitors can drop in.
