The Seven Fold Puja

A free 45-minute Buddhist devotional ritual open to all, featuring readings from Shantideva's Bodhicaryāvatāra alongside poetry, mantra and meditation.

The Seven Fold Puja is a Buddhist devotional ritual at Cardiff Buddhist Centre, open to everyone with no booking needed. It draws on excerpts from Shantideva's Bodhicaryāvatāra, combined with poetry, mantra and meditation, and is described as a way of connecting with emotions, values and a sense of potential. The puja runs from 12:00 to 12:45 and follows the centre's Sunday Session from 10am to 12pm, so attendees can come to both.
