LITFEST: Katherine Woodfine: The Christmas Book

Author Katherine Woodfine celebrates her new book The Christmas Book with readings, crafts and festive activities for all ages.

Lancaster author Katherine Woodfine marks the publication of The Christmas Book, illustrated by Lizzy Stewart and published by Faber, with a cosy afternoon of readings and activities. The session explores the Icelandic book-gifting tradition of Jólabókaflóð that inspired the story, with seasonal crafts to join in with. Aimed at ages 5 and up, the event welcomes families, and books and festive refreshments will be available to buy.
