World AIDS Day 2026: Fighting Stigma with Science
About
A public World AIDS Day programme combines HIV science displays, talks and a panel discussion on research and stigma.
Visitors can view HIV research and community-information stands from 17:30. The programme then features talks by Dr Michael Brady (King’s College London, 18:00), Professor Sarah Fidler (Imperial College London, 18:20), Angelina Namiba (4M Network, 18:40) and Annie Howard (National AIDS Trust, 18:55). A 19:00 audience panel with the speakers and a National AIDS Trust representative is chaired by Dr Paula Ordonez-Suarez (Imperial College London), followed by a reception from 19:45. The official page does not name the additional National AIDS Trust representative.
