About

Explore how a character created by Derby games studio Core Design became a global icon in an exhibition that transforms Pickford’s House into Croft Manor.

Marking 30 years since Lara Croft and Tomb Raider were created by Derby-based Core Design, Derby Museums transforms Pickford’s House into Croft Manor. Co-curated with collector Luke Earle, the exhibition brings together original development materials on loan from former Core Design developers, memorabilia and interactive activities. The page advises visitors to check Pickford’s House opening times; access to upper floors is limited.
