About
A cross-cultural musical performance exploring Ladino (Judeo-Spanish) and Arabic song traditions.
The performance features the acclaimed project Songs We Carry, which explores the emotive nature of Ladino music and Arabic song Maqams. For this expanded performance, legendary Welsh musician Patrick Rimes has rescored the work. The set also includes complementary Welsh songs, performed by Ana Silvera, Saied Silbak, and the Sinfonia Cymru ensemble.
