Unite-CPHVA Annual Professional Conference 4th &

The CPHVA annual professional conference for health visitors returns to Bristol over two days, marking 130 years of health visiting.

The Community Practitioners and Health Visitors Association holds its Annual Professional Conference at the Novotel Bristol Centre on 4 and 5 November 2026, themed 'Celebrating 130 years of Health Visiting: Honouring the past & shaping the Future'. The programme features talks from speakers including Chris Turner, Professor Aisling Swaine, Sue Tranka, Helen Bedford, Dr Penny Netherwood and Prof. Ruth Oshikanlu, with interactive networking and learning counted towards continuing professional development. A members-only AGM takes place on 3 November, and an Awards Celebration on 4 November at 7:30pm recognises colleagues delivering services to children, young people and families.
