Street Food Express – Chinese Bao Making

An express cookery class is offered at Blackfriars Restaurant, teaching participants how to make Chinese Bao buns.

Participants join an express class to learn how to make home-made soft pillows of steamed buns with succulent savoury fillings and luscious sweet treats. The session lasts from 12 noon to 1pm and includes all food produce, a glass of fizz, beer or soft drink, and the cooked street food dish. This hands-on class allows attendees to take the finished dish home.
