Sewing Retreat From Couture In The Country

A residential sewing retreat hosted by Suzannah Starkey of Couture In The Country, offering around 25 hours of guided sewing time over a long weekend at Norwood Park.

Couture In The Country hosts an all-inclusive residential sewing retreat at Norwood Park from Friday 29 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, with arrival from 12pm and departure after breakfast. Aimed at sewers of all experience levels, the retreat offers around 25 hours of dedicated sewing time with expert guidance but no formal course structure, plus private bedrooms, inclusive meals, sewing machines and overlockers, equipment and a selection of patterns. Guests can also enjoy country walks in the grounds and relaxed evenings by the fire. With just 12 places, extras such as specialist fabric, haberdashery, bar drinks and massages are available at additional cost.
