The Poppy Factory hosted discovery visits

Hosted discovery visits to The Poppy Factory Visitor Centre introduce its history and the community of veterans and families behind the Remembrance tradition.

The official programme presents eight bookable 90-minute hosted discovery visits at The Poppy Factory Visitor Centre between October and December 2026. Sessions introduce the organisation’s history, its community of veterans and families, and the Remembrance tradition; the published programme also describes hands-on poppy-making and time to browse the visitor centre. One date is labelled a Remembrance Day special and one a festive afternoon, while both remain hosted discovery visits in the same format and at the same venue. Booking is for individuals and small groups; minimum age is seven, and children’s groups require one adult per six children.
