The Wild Teas of Hepple

A foraging workshop at Hepple Estate learning to identify, prepare and blend wild herbs into teas, with a guided rewilding walk.

Run with The Cramlington Forager and Hepple Wilds, this outdoor workshop explores foraging for wild herbs, flowers and trees and how to prepare, store and blend them into teas. Participants taste several wild teas foraged from the Hepple estate, learn about the health and wellbeing benefits of herbal teas, and join ecologist Richard Thompson for an hour-long walk about the rewilding of the Hepple Whitefield estate. The event runs from 1:30pm to 4:30pm and booking is essential.
