A talk and tasting with NOPAL founder Marcela Alatorre exploring the Mexican nopal cactus, featuring Skinny Hot Chocolate, a green smoothie and chocolate and baked-goods tastings.

Marcela Alatorre, founder of NOPAL®, introduces Opuntia ficus-indica, the Mexican cactus that has become a sustainable functional food. The session includes a Skinny Hot Chocolate created with London Chocolate, combining pure cacao with cactus pad powder, plus a green smoothie, a mini chocolate tasting and baked goods made with cactus pad powder. The event runs from 11am to 1pm at London Chocolate in Connaught Street.
