About

A welcoming yoga class for people who resonate with the term dyke, led by Vic.

Trans, non-binary and cis dykes are welcome, including beginners. The class combines movement, breathing and meditation; participants must be able to move from seated to standing with yoga-block support if needed and sign a fitness waiver. Current bookable dates are16October,20November and18December at19:30.
