About
An evening of heritage film looks back at early motoring, roadside customs and quieter roads, including Coventry Cathedral before the Second World War.
Archive footage recalls cars equipped with running boards and chrome bumpers, picnic hampers carried on racks, and RAC and AA patrolmen saluting motorists. Look out for Coventry Cathedral as it appeared before the Second World War. Bromyard & District Local History Society presents the programme at The Conquest Theatre from 19:30 to 21:00. Prebooking through the theatre is helpful; members also need to be included on the attendance list for fire safety.
