The East London and City branch of CAMRA runs a Pig's Ear Bar Trek on Thursday 29 October, a social evening moving between pubs in Leyton. The trek starts at The European on Lea Bridge Road at 6:30pm, then proceeds to the William IV (7:30pm), Coach & Horses (8:15pm), Leyton Engineer (9pm) and finishes at the Northcote Arms (9:45pm). All timings are approximate and the event is open to the public.
