Flint Repair Cafe

A free volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be fixed while enjoying tea and coffee with neighbours.

Volunteer repairers attempt to fix broken or damaged items brought by the public, free of charge, with tea and coffee available while you wait. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though most items are welcome except microwaves for safety reasons. Repairers will even show visitors how the fix is done, and more volunteer fixers are welcome to come along.
