Winter Spiral Festival of Light (Eve Session)

An evening of guided reflection and a meditative candle-lit walk through a winter spiral of greenery at Hockerton Housing Project.

Celebrant Joy of Rooted Ceremonies guides a quiet reflection on the past year, inviting participants to consider what to let go of, cherish and look forward to. Borrowing from the Waldorf practice, attendees then walk a spiral laid out in greenery on the floor, lighting candles as they go. The 90-minute session is indoors, with hot drinks provided, and is part of the Seasonal Abundance programme. It is for ages 18 and over; babes in arms are welcome but toddlers and older children cannot be accommodated.
