A self-led family quest trail around WWT Martin Mere with eight puzzle stations uncovering how wildlife survives winter.
Winter Survival Quest is a self-led trail running daily throughout the winter season, with eight stations around the centre each featuring a different animal and its winter survival adaptations. Participants collect a free quest card on arrival, then solve clues and puzzles at each station to reveal a unique code, aiming to crack the full code at the end. The activity is designed for all ages and can be completed at any point during opening hours, 9:30am to 4:30pm.
