PilatEASE Live

A full-day Pilates event in Newcastle with back-to-back equipment classes, wellness talks, business workshops for teachers, stalls and an evening party and awards.

PilatEASE Live is a day-long Pilates event running from 10am to 5pm, with back-to-back PilatEASE classes across Reformers, Towers, Chairs and other equipment. Health and wellness experts give talks, and business workshops are aimed at Pilates teachers and studio owners; the teaching content is CIMSPA accredited for CPD. The day includes wellness stalls and lunch and snacks, and is followed from 7pm by the PilatEASE BLUE Party and Awards, with guests encouraged to wear blue. It is open to everyone from total beginners to teachers, is for ages 18+, and doors open at 9:30am.
