Regent's Park 10K

A traffic-free, accurately measured 10k road race through Regent's Park, with a 2-mile fun run and a junior run for families and runners of all abilities.

This autumn 10k takes place on a tarmac, relatively flat course through Regent's Park, passing London Zoo, the boating lake and the Broad Walk towards the Money Fountain. The 10k runs three laps and is officially measured with a certificate of course accuracy, making it suitable for beginners, experienced athletes and those chasing a personal best. Alongside the main race there is a one-lap 2 Mile Fun Run and a Junior Run of approximately 700m, and entrants receive a bespoke medal, free photographs, with trophies and prizes for leading runners.
