A women's circle in Tring combining somatic practices, gentle movement, Sufi whirling, live music and sharing.
Sara Fakih hosts a women's gathering inviting participants to slow down and share truths in a supportive group setting. The 90-minute session includes gentle movement, Sufi whirling, somatic practices, music, reflection and sharing, with no expectation to fix or perform anything. Attendees are asked to bring a journal, water, comfortable clothing and an open heart; newcomers and experienced circle-goers are both welcome.
