Hackney Reusable Nappy Demonstration and Sling Checks

A free drop-in reusable nappy demonstration and Q&A at Hackney Central Library, followed by a sling fit-check clinic with Wrap a Hug Sling Library.

Hackney Nappy Network hosts a friendly, informal reusable nappy demonstration covering the different types of nappies, using them with a newborn, washing and drying guidance, and troubleshooting, with Nappy Ever After on hand to discuss their Hackney laundry service and shop. Eligible Hackney parents can claim a free £70 reusable nappy voucher from a Hackney Council officer on the day. From around 11am, Mel from Wrap a Hug Sling Library offers free 10-minute sling fit checks (advance registration required, bring your own sling), with voluntary donations welcome to support the sling library.
