VR 360 Foot Transmitter Tower Climb

The museum's VR experience lets visitors virtually climb a 360-foot transmitter tower, running on its final day of the season.

Bawdsey Radar Museum is hosting a virtual reality experience that simulates climbing the site's 360-foot transmitter tower, giving visitors a taste of what it takes to have a head for heights. This is the last opportunity of the 2026 season to try the activity, which is included with standard museum admission. The museum is open 11am to 4pm with last admission at 3pm.
