Women's Sacred Circle - Haywards Heath

A two-hour women's circle in Haywards Heath offering guided meditation, sharing, journalling and creative techniques in a safe, supportive space.

This women's circle gathers participants sitting on pillows around a centrepiece, beginning with a guided meditation followed by restful body awareness and an optional sharing circle. The session closes with dark chocolate and strawberries alongside journalling prompts, card pulls or a creative technique for expression and healing. No previous attendance or particular belief is required; the circle aims to build community and a safe space for women from all walks of life. The event lasts two hours.
