A guided tour exploring two of London's best-preserved Roman sites, including the Amphitheatre and Billingsgate Roman House and Baths.
The tour explores two of London's best-preserved Roman sites, starting at Guildhall Art Gallery and concluding at Billingsgate Roman House and Baths. Led by archaeologist Dr Andrew Lane, the tour covers the discovery of the Roman Amphitheatre and the role of games in Roman society. Participants will also learn about Roman bathing culture at the Billingsgate Roman House and Baths.
