Early Days Baby Massage Group – Winter 2027

A six-week baby massage course for parents with babies up to six months, run by Glynwen Lewis at Canolfan Eirianfa Centre in Denbigh.

This six-week course teaches parents how to massage their babies using a programme from the International Association of Infant Massage. Sessions run weekly on Thursdays from 1.30pm to 2.30pm and are suitable for babies from birth to six months. The classes offer relaxation and a chance to socialise with other new parents, while infant massage may encourage deeper sleep, relieve wind, colic and constipation, and support muscle tone and co-ordination.
